The beginning.....

Began grad school courses to become a certified online teacher, pretty stoked. Hoping that this training gives me more tools needed to teach more technology for engagement and career purposes for my students. I feel that if I am teaching technology, I can't get complacent in my teaching bc it's always evolving. Not sure if I'll ever teach an actual online course, but I will be completing my pdp in technology and can use the info learned during these courses to not only satisfy my requirements, but to also share this knowledge with staff.

  1. Wow! It looks like you have been using a blog for a while. I would love to hear some insight from you on how well this work and what the pros and cons are. I agree that teaching is a field that is always evolving and sometimes I feel a little outdated. Thanks for sharing!

    1. I think youtube is still a phenomenal resource for teaching and learning. It allows me to demo to students and they have the ability to watch the video again and again if they missed something. It also allows for students to post their work and make it special and learn 21st century skills at the same time.
